The still camera is ultimately an extension of vision that documents a feeling and moment in time leaving the imagination to paint all the senses that might have been involved. On tour the challenge is finding the moment and the light to capture sound. I have taken thousands of photographs on the road and here are just a few representing full tours I have captured.

One of the things I love the most about print work is the structure. My nature as a photographer is to be a nomad and loner finding the moment versus creating it. It grounds my spirit and forces me to wrestle with soft boxes and back drops. Once set up and in the moment, feeling the camera and moving with the subject is a total exploration and connection.

In the world I see lines, shapes and movement all creating a temporary moment and emotion that can be accessed anytime by a simple photograph. Nature happens to be the place I find the most peace and a selfless relationship to explore ones vision.
There’s something really cool about what happens from the inside of a human when they’re seeing the planet in unfamiliar places. The disconnect, the quiet, the space to find a thought, an inspiration, a departure.
