The still camera is ultimately an extension of vision that documents a feeling and moment in time leaving the imagination to paint all the senses that might have been involved. One of the things I love the most about print work is the structure. My nature as a photographer is to be a nomad and loner finding the moment versus creating it. It grounds my spirit and forces me to wrestle with soft boxes and back drops. Once set up and in the moment, feeling the camera and moving with the subject is a total exploration and connection.
